Declaration to the APDP

In accordance with law no 2017-20 of 20 April 2018 on the digital code in the Republic of Benin, amended by law no 2020-35 of 06 January 2021 (Book 5th ) on the protection of personal data and privacy), the site has been declared to the Personal Data Protection Authority (www.apdp.bj) under number (mention the number of the receipt obtained after the declaration to the PDPA).
